 While at the Plan-it-X fest in India, I picked up a bunch of new Spoonboy and Max Levine Records and CDS. Get them here.

 The lack of updates has been due to the fact that Reina Mia Brill is Pregnant with not one but two of our babies in her belly. She is due in October and we couldn't be more excited. 

That being said, the Bar B que this year is July 9th. Sorry for the late notice but come see all the great bands as well as Reinas Belly!

 Crafty Records will be selling some vinyl at Brooklyn Flea today in honor of Record Store Day.

 Brook Pridemore is overseas again. He sold so many cds in a little over a week, that I had to mail two more boxes to Spain for the second tour in a row! Thanks for the international support. If you never bought your copy of The Reflecting Skin, it is now out of print (unless you get one in the few box sets that remain.)

The Sweet Ones LP Big Mistakes has been getting rave reviews. Once we collect them all, we will post them. If you read any press on us, please send it our way. Doug is recovering from knee surgery and the Sweet Ones are heading back on the road as soon as Doug can stand though a set. We wish him a speedy recovery.

Crazy and the Brains are half way done with their third EP. This will be out in late spring early summer. They are a quick moving bunch. They have several weekend shows before their big summer tour.

I am on vacation. However we decided to celebrate valentines day with the fall of a dictator and a new article that mentions Crafty Records right here.

 A big hello goes out to everyone who ended up here because of the article in Gothamist For those of you who are regulars, go check it out. It explains a lot about what has been going on the past few months. Any one looking for dAN's Parents House, it can be found here.  There will be a new dAN's Parents House site unleashed to the world in March.

The Sweet Ones recorded a video this weekend for a song off of Big Mistakes. I don't want to give anything away but its going to be HUGE! I will post some still shots next week. Brook Pridemore and Crazy and The Brains played a candle lit black out night with no electricity at Sidewalk Cafe on Sunday. Anyone in the room had chills from such an amazing night. Hopefully footage will surface.

 The Crazy and The Brains tour was fantastic! Special thanks go out to new friends in Valdosta and Athens Ga, Tampa and Holiday Florida, and all of Virginia. A full recap will be posted shortly. Talks are already in the works for a spring break tour in mid March as well as a third EP.

I finally got around to adding Madeline - Kissing and Dancing LP, and The Young Leaves and Dead Mechanical AOTU Singles to the DISTRO Stick Martin and I have been working on the website the last 4 months to make everything easier to navigate. Let us know what you think. We are about %80 complete.

The new Sweet Ones record Big Mistakes is about a month away from being on our hands. The preorder has been doing really well. So place your order now and take a listen to the new album here if you have not already done so.

Brook Pridemore has been gearing up to go back to Europe in the end of March. If you live in that part of the world, drop us a line. All of the tracks for his new album are now written. The album is still many months away but I was thrilled to hear the acoustic demos.

I am back. Actually I am in Charlottesville, VA on tour with Crazy and The Brains and Isaac Gilespie. 4 days in and 2 great shows. Thats pretty good in my book. Tons of video is being shot and will be posted on Sunday when we camp out in Tampa for 2 days with The Stick Martin Show.
